Restriction on Use of Material

Students can manage their enrollment or waiver online through our secure portal. School administrators can review current group enrollment numbers, individual student participation, dates of coverage, and policy information, as well as access the Mail Secure service through our Administrator Portal.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Academic HealthPlans Inc., DBA Risk Strategies Education (“Academic HealthPlans”) or any of its related, affiliated companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the material contained herein. You specifically acknowledge and agree that Academic HealthPlans is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Academic HealthPlans material, or with any of Academic HealthPlans’s terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this site.
